• Step 2 — System activation: Once your deposit is confirmed in our Hubtel system, your solar system is activated and an OpenPAYGO token is generated. Your system begins working immediately.
• Step 3 — Regular repayments: You receive a WhatsApp or SMS reminder before each payment is due. Dial the Pay Bill code on your MoMo menu and make the payment — weekly or monthly depending on your plan.
• Step 4 — Track your progress: After each payment, you receive a confirmation showing your remaining balance and expected ownership date.

What Happens If I Miss a Payment?

If you miss a scheduled payment, your solar system will automatically pause until the next payment is made. This is a feature of the PAYGO system, not a punishment.

Is Mobile Money Payment Safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through Hubtel's regulated, encrypted platform, which is authorised by the Bank of Ghana. You will receive a confirmation receipt for every transaction.
